In November 2002, Mr. Strafaci partnered with David Im, DPT, TPI and Frank Chow, DPT, OCS to form a new corporation, Functional Physical Therapy, Inc.
Functional Physical Therapy was formed with the intention to offer patients the ability to receive a broad continuum of care. Patients who are discharged from physical therapy have the option to continue a lifestyle of wellness and fitness by starting a personal training program customized to their needs.
In January of 2006, Functional Physical Therapy, Inc. opened a second facility under the dba of Functional Physical Therapy and Fitness in Arcadia, California. Mr. Strafaci served this corporation as Treasurer and Director of Personal Training Services, Dr. Im served as Director of Physical Therapy Services in Pasadena and Dr. Chow serves as Director of Physical Therapy Services in Arcadia.
On February 1/2021, Dr. Im opened Im Physical Therapy, Inc under the dba of Functional Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation in Pasadena. Dr Im has been treating the Pasadena and surrounding communities since 2002. His main goal is to empower his patients and fitness clients to take control over their health so that they can lead a happy, functional lifestyle.
